The blend of B infantis (BB-02), B lactis (BB-12), and S thermophilus (TH-4) each at a dose of 3.0 to 3.5 x 108 CFU is conditionally recommended in a published position paper by the European Society for Paediatric Gastroenterology Hepatology and Nutrition (ESPGHAN) Committee on Nutrition and the ESPGHAN Working Group on Probiotics and Prebiotics.1
